New Deck and/or Fence installation is a job we enjoy doing. Wood surfaces are one of the most complex surfaces that we restore. There are many different levels of restoration and each level becomes more and more expensive. When we make our recommendations of which level to restore, we consider the customer’s expectation, desires, and cost vs. the replacement.

There are many services that decks & fences in Portland potentially need. If the deck is in great condition, it may simply need to be cleaned. The deck may be in good structural condition but may need to be cleaned and stained. There may be some loose boards, or some nails may have to be hammered down. The deck may have boards that need to be replaced.

Lastly, the deck may have to be sanded smooth. Any combination of the above services may need to be done and depending on what needs to be done and at what severity, will determine our recommendation as to what to do. Sometimes, the cost to make all necessary repairs is so high that it becomes cost prohibitive and we recommend a lesser service.
